Our hiring goals over the next 18 months across our commercial office in London and our engineering/product team in Riga are tough tripling the size of the team in 2021.
We're looking for a technical recruiter / talent partner to consistently meet the hiring goals for our Product, Design and Engineering functions, and to be known as an emerging, unique employer brand in the start-up community in the Baltics and wider Russian-speaking regions. You'll be based in our Riga office (which speaks Russian internally).
What will you do?
- Make hires consistently each quarter across Product, Design & Engineering in Riga
- Increase the proportion of people we get to offer stage from inbound sources
- Create a world-class, human candidate experience from first contact
A bit about you
- Ideally have some experience working as an in-house recruiter, even if your main career has been with agencies
- Business-fluent in both English and Russian
- You have worked end-to-end as a tech recruiter with a great track record
- Used an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) to streamline hiring operations
- Think outside of the box to attract top tech talent
- Navigate challenging stakeholders
- You've defined new roles from scratch and continuously refined them with hiring managers
