Role: Divorce Coach / Collaborative Family Law
Hours: Flexible (minimum 20 hours)
Location: Home working with occasional time in the office, currently 100% remote
As a Coach you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the core mission through collaboration and acting as a point of contact between; internal stakeholders, customers and clients. The customer journey and effective communication throughout the process is critical to its success and achieving a positive outcome.

About the role
Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated experienced mediator or coach, no legal background is required. We are seeking an individual with a background in either; psychotherapy or family resolution.
The position is permanent with flexible hours, working primarily from home/remote a minimum of 20 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days. Agreeable at interview stage.
The key focus will be to work with couples in the digital space; advising on children arrangements or emotional support and managing the online divorce and consent order process to help couples conclude their divorce in a timely manner.
