Director of Growth Marketing
My client is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing with the following, an experienced and driven individual that has a proven track record leading and driving an early-stage product driven B2B SaaS marketing function to repeatable growth. You will have worked in a variety of organisations including SMB’s with a mid-market customers base with the responsibility for owning and the revenue target and worked closely with the sales and customer delivery teams.
Reporting directly to the CEO and have responsibility for setting and executing our marketing strategy across demand generation and the wider customer lifecycle. And you'll support our team in delivering repeatable growth at scale.
Key objectives:
Demand generation:
Experiment with and build a strategy around a sustainable channel mix, along with the running of co-ordinated marketing campaigns.
Customer acquisition:
Define and own the capture methods for delivering high-quality marketing and product-qualified leads via touchless and sales-touched processes.
Growth strategy:
Define our product marketing and optimize conversion on our marketing website, ensuring our core message reflects the 'why'
Customer lifecycle:
Enable our sales and customer success teams with world-class collateral and campaigns to generate new and existing business.
What will drive and motivate you:
Strategic leadership: built an inbound growth strategy end-to-end and some experience of leading a high-performance team.
Data-driven decision-making: created forecast models or have run growth experiments hands-on yourself as well as managing the process.
A love of good design: led projects to contributed to building a compelling marketing website.
An outcomes-driven mindset: comfortable with owning and delivering on aggressive bottom-of-the-funnel targets.
