Role: Divorce Coach  
Hours: Flexible (minimum 20 hours) 
Location: Home working with occasional time in the office, currently 100% remote
  
As a Divorce Coach you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the core mission through collaboration and acting as a point of contact between; internal stakeholders, customers and clients. The customer journey and effective communication throughout the process is critical to its success and achieving a positive outcome.

About the role
Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated experienced mediator or para-legal to join our Divorce Coaching team.
The position is permanent with flexible hours, working primarily from home a minimum of 20 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days.
The key focus will be to work with couples in the digital space giving legal or financial information, advice on children arrangements or emotional support and managing the online divorce and consent order process to help couples conclude their divorce in a timely manner.
