About the role
As Growth and Partnerships Manager at amicable you will play a lead role in the delivery of the business sales funnel and processes as well as the B2B partnerships strategy. You will be hands on playing a key role in the growth of the market leading divorce provider, we are a tech enabled service provider.
This is a remote based with the option to work from the Sheen based office, working closely with both cofounders.
- Growth - Build and deliver a sales plan that creates meaningful growth opportunities across amicable’s divorce, separation and co-parenting services (including our newly launched app). Drive the online sales funnel from front end acquisition to conversion improving lead to sale conversion. Identify best practise lead capture and qualification methodologies. Input into leadership team to set sales targets. Deliver the agreed sales targets. Support, train and improve the sales performance across the entire team.
- Partnerships. Create and drive the partner sales channel strategy, including partners to prioritise, and terms of engagement, that will deliver predictable and reliable revenue. Bring a stream of new business opportunities from within the existing partner population and potential new partners that drive new customers across all service areas. Work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing to ensure brand alignment to support with the execution of the strategy. Recruit and develop a team of high-quality sales and partnership people both internally and externally. Ensure that the team present amicable propositions and solutions at seminars, or to individual partners and at other events to the highest possible standards
- Process - Refine and understand the end-to-end process through increased data touchpoints, driving various platforms and channels for optimising the sales processes. Use data driven approach to inform sales strategy, monitor forward pipeline and improve sales efficiency metrics such as time to buy, and improving service mix and average customer value.
- Management - Influence leadership team to ensure that they line up resources behind the largest opportunities identified in the sales and partnerships channels. Develop and manage colleagues who act as ‘sales assistants’ through their hands-on expertise and prospective customer engagements.
