My client is a successful social impact start-up operating in the FinTech sector. They create bespoke mobile fundraising and contactless giving solutions for charities and not-for-profits. From their range of contactless charity box devices and tap to donate machines to fundraising optimisation, they are dedicated to helping charities and non-profits digitally evolve.
The Growth Director will become the strategic leader, visionary, and driving of all commercial sales and marketing activities. The primary goal of the Growth Director is to lead and facilitate all commercial activities and campaigns to deliver value to both customers and the business. The Growth Director will directly report to the COO and have leadership responsibilities.
As Growth Director you will be responsible for a wide range of deliverables and initiatives across the Sales and Marketing, including but not limited to digital, brand, communications, sales and customer/client success.
Leadership; You will be an excellent leader and manager that holds gravitas. You will be highly skilled at facilitating and communicating across the company and prevent organisational silos.
Strategic vison; you will be responsible for the “why” and “what” next. You will align the wider company around their overarching vision.
Sensitivity & empathy; deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers.
An eye for data; As the Growth Director you must make objective, data-driven decisions.
